Books

Teen Fiction and YA Fiction. Books that appear under Teen Fiction are probably appropriate for all middle school students and often will appeal to older readers, including adults. Books that appear under YA Fiction may have content that is not appropriate for younger students due to more mature themes, language, sexual content, violence, drug use, and negative behavior. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide what books are appropriate for the children you teach.

Inspired by parents and teachers who want to monitor and discuss these titles with their children and students, our goal is to provide a forum for exchanging information about the fiction published for and marketed to this age group.  We encourage teens and young adults to join the discussion; your ideas matter! Rules for comments are on the top menu.
